Staff is friendly and systematic. Dr. Hu is my mom’s dr. And he is on time and on point on everything. Quick follow up and easy to set up appointments through the app. The pharmacist is amazing as well. Calls and make sure we pick up the medications in case its passed due. Double check the appointments via text. Surprisingly amazing service

I visited this medical facility with my son yesterday, May 12th, and had very mixed feelings about the experience. The check-in staff was welcoming, and but somewhat unprofessional, which made the beginning of our visit questionable. The African American woman who is the receptionist sat chewing and cracking gum so loudly. Sloppy way to greet people. Unfortunately, the manager, who overhead someone scream her name across the room as Annie, was much to be desired. She was so nasty and rude to not only the people but those who worked there too. She came across as angry, unfriendly, and dismissive.
It’s truly a shame because the facility itself seems capable of providing good care. With more respectful and compassionate leadership, the overall patient experience could be much better.

Rashida the nurse practitioner and JJ were so kind and knowledgeable! they made sure I was taken care of and all my health needs addressed. They deserve their flowers. Arielle the nurse was also very gentle at the time of my vaccinations. truly a lovely staff

This is the only facility I come to and I love it. I've been coming here since Stapleton clinic. The staff treats me so well. Carol is great as well as Nicole Briana and Martha clerks are so helpful. Dr ling is helpful as well. Love it here
