I was recently there $48 for a blunt haircut. No layers no shape just a straight cut and my hair is just a little bit over my shoulders that’s insane now they’re starting to rip us off. Also last time I was there it was 35 that wasn’t too long ago and I asked for whoever was free. Can you believe it that the girl that I went to last time got mad because I didn’t wanna wait for two people ahead of me while there was somebody else free and she said something to the other girl they were yelling I swear funny and ridiculous at the same time .. $48 plus tip plus tip the shampoo they can’t even clean their combs. now they’re ripping us off I’m gonna find another place..

I recently visited New Charming Hair Design for a haircut and I’m honestly so happy with the results! The staff was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. My stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a fresh, clean cut that suited my face perfectly. ✂️✨
The place was clean, professional, and had a relaxing vibe throughout. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how carefully they worked. Will definitely be coming back again — highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish salon experience!

Was not a fan. I think this salon is a little pricey for the service you get. I left with my hair still wet on the inside of my hair and burnt ends even with heat protector. I had to put a hat on to hide my hair.

I've been coming to this salon for the past 5 years and I get my black Asian hair dyed blonde with highlights. This is the only place that knows how to get my black hair to blonde without damaging it. Most of the bad reviews for this salon is for the charming hair salon down the street because they don't even offer pedicures and I've never had a bad experience with them. The service has always been good and they have always given me exactly what I asked for.

Love this place! They give you a great head and shoulder massage during the wash process. They always get my hair to come out exactly how I like it. They are always friendly. Unfortunetly I think some of the negative reviews are mixed up with another business down the road named "charming hair salon", especially the one that mentions nails and pedicure because they don't even offer that service here. NEW Charming Hair Design has been my go-to for many years, and I have never had any problem. They are opposite side of the street from the library and next to Sunrise Look Beauty Bar, which is convenient for me as I get my threading and waxing done at Sunrise Look (also great).

Always a good experience. Great hair washes and Winnie always give me a great blow dryer that lasts for a week.

If I can give it a zero I would. They cut all my 12 year old daughters hair off because the women Winnie screwed up so bad. Then Winnie treated my daughter like it wasn't a big deal. It is up to her neck and she wanted it below her shoulders. It looks horrible like a boys haircut. Then while she was hysterical crying they were laughing saying it will grow back. 3 of us got haircuts and not one was the way it was suppose to be. We all went to different people and they all sucked. My hair is uneven. I will never go there again even if it is free. Stay far away unless you just need a blowout. Then tried to charge me for the butcher cut.
