I was referred to Dr. Nasso a year ago on May 5th. I promptly made an appointment on May 11th of 2018 and have been smoke free for over a year now! It was the best thing I have ever done! He is so professional and it really works BUT YOU have to be ready too. I smoked for 20 years straight. If you aren’t committed to change it won’t happen for you. I smoked for 35 years, at least a pack a day but usually more. I went to see Dr. Nasso on 9/13/2023 and I have not smoked since. Seriously. The hard part was just mentally getting past the routines that had been set for decades (after dinner, on breaks at work, before bed, etc) It wasn't easy in the beginning but not once did I physically feel the need to smoke. I really wish I had seen him years ago but better late than never!

September 4th ill be 2 years cigarette free. The class/procedure takes away the jitters and mode swings etc. And gives you the mental control. BUT YOU NEED THE DISCIPLINE! I know you can do it. Start by booking the class and drag yourself there. I drove from Waterbury Connecticut. Good luck!
