After taking up carpet that was on the hardwood floor for over two decades, we decided to embrace the flaws in the oak hardwood floor and give this service a shot. We had a short timeline before our furniture arrived, and are not fans of the mess, smell, and toxic chemicals that would come with traditional method. We are extremely pleased with the results, easy---no smell, glossy shine, most of the dark spots and stains are gone, but not completely. That's fine, we are not that particular or fussy, and markings show character. The technicians were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Will be my hallway and dinning room floors before the summer.
AMAZING WORK! Great service and such a pleasure to communicate with. I initially had my wood floors done over and I was so happy with the results that I called them back to do my kitchen cabinets the week after. I will be working with them again in the future.
