Stopped in for a polish change on my toes. No one said Hello or welcomed me- just told me to pick a polish color. The girl who did the service literally said nothing to me, just tapped my feet. She did however speak to her coworkers. When she was done, she just let me get up- didn’t ask if it was okay, didn’t escort me to the dryers. The nail techs weren’t busy. One walked over to turn the dryers on but didn’t acknowledge me. They only spoke to each other. What a shame. Please work on customer service.

Awesome work! Although the lady was little serious, it’s okay because she did a wonderful good job in my nails. I did deep powder, they have a lot of colors and options. One thing that I noticed they did not open a new set of tools, so I don’t think they sanitize them.

Was about to rip them to shreds but by the grace of God the pedicure lady did an awesome job. Called on the phone & asked if an appointment was needed. Was told NO. Walked in & was asked if I had an appointment. They told me they could take me but I’d have to wait. I was in a rush so I simply asked how long of a wait. The owner/manager in charge proceeds to scream pick a color and go to the back. Extremely RUDE. Even the pedicure lady looked miserable. Did NOT GREET ME or smile. Finally got a lil friendly toward the end. Just not inviting or professional. Like I said; she did a great job. And was tipped $20 on A $25 pedicure. Hopefully they will learn... read full review
