My family and I recently went through a devastating loss of our baby cousin. My aunt and uncle were extremely distraught after the tragic passing of their son so it was difficult for them to start funeral planning. But Rocco made the planning so much easier with his patience, kindness, and empathy. He was so understanding of the situation and answered every single one of our questions. It was moving to say the least, how caring he was at helping my aunt and uncle plan the funeral service. My mother passed away unexpectedly this month, just before the holidays. We had never discussed her wishes in detail, let alone financially. We weren’t prepared for this. Rocco and his staff made it possible for my mother to be honored and remembered in a respectful and compassionate manner, adhering to the wishes we knew she would have wanted. How can I possibly express how Grateful I am to Rocco and the staff. The service for my Mother was beautiful. Rocco from the beginning held my hand through this whole process. He was kind and sincere. I didn't know where to start. We have had other Family members services through them and they always do an amazing job. This funeral was hard for my family, but they took all the stress and anxiety for us. Rocco's patients with me is so appreciated. Honestly even financially what they offer is amazing.
