Joann is a fantastic receptionist, and the rest of the crew are terrific, as well. We have been going to Dr Defeo for decades and he is wonderful, pleasant, professional, and knows how to put people at ease.

Been using Louie for years! He is always honest and he is a great guy! He's thorough and is an excellent dentist. Glad that I discovered him after years of terrible dentistry somewhere else. If you want the best hygienist on Staten Island... Ellie is it! She is the hygienist at Defeo's office. Talk about a good cleaning and an amazing person Joanne does a great job managing the reception area also. A+ service.

After a few years of having bad dental experiences, I finally found the one. First of all let me talk about the staff at the front office, Maggie I believe is her name, very lovely woman. Then I went to see the Hygienist and OMG she was the best. Her cleaning Technic was fantastic. She really takes the time to do things right. Her name is Ellie. Then finallyDr. DeFeo came to check me and what a sweet heart. Very attentive and concerned. I did not have work done by Dr. DeFeo but my husband had a root canal done by him and my husband say he was great. The place is not that fancy.
