I've been with Long Core Pilates since mid July. I cannot say I've done the same workout twice. Christine is an amazing instructor and keeps me motivated. Always challenging myself with different equipment. There are classes for all adult ages, recently added a class for seniors! I recommend you try a class or two or three...I think you'll be hooked !!!
