I would have given a 5, but unfortunately I can't. I made an appointment, have the deposit. Upon making payment, I was initially charged for a service I didn't get. I asked the young lady at the cashier to confirm my appointment and service request. And she did.. So I thought. I paid the new amount I was quoted...the full service amount...not realizing that it should have only been the balance plus the tip. So a $25 pedicure costed me $45. 🥺The pedicure is beautiful! Maria did a great job 😁. I will pay better attention.
Had an appointment scheduled for last saturday, girl from front desk told me I couldn’t reschedule for that time, Girl later in the afternoon fit me in and talked with me through my appointment and kept me company. Love it here. Been coming for 2 years. Mohammed is the best! ❤
I had such an amazing experience at Beauty Experience! Bianca at the front desk was absolutely incredible so sweet, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She made me feel comfortable right away and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service like hers is hard to find!
Lacy did my nails and absolutely nailed the look I wanted. She was so talented, detail oriented, and made sure I loved every part of the final result.
