first time going and I made an appt for 12. I get there and there's a few people getting their hair done. I sit and wait and they call me to wash my hair about 25min later. once they wash my hair the lady sat me at a chair and blowed dryed it lightly to dry and had me sit there for another 45 min before moving me to another chair. when she moved me to the other chair she lightly blow dryed again while brushing her fingers again on my hair. at that point I was confused as to who is doing my hair because the lady washing my hair keeps blow drying it. at that point my hair is fully dry already from all the wait so I'm not sure why she was drying it again with her fingers. my hair is already curly and I asked for a cut so my hair would have to be washed again in order to cut. also even to blow dry straight it would need to be partially wet at least so it stays straight. anyway as the lady stopped blow drying my hair again she ran to another women and started doing the same thing . again sat there another 10 min before I got up and said fuxk this. been there 1hr and 20min and no one has worked on my hair or at least tell me who's working on my hair. they had no idea what they were even doing and expected me to pay when all they did was wash my hair. my hair was dry and horrible by the time I walked out. found r&g across and ran in there, which I'm glad I did. I could already tell if I stood, they would have destroyed my hair.

I am very disappointed with this hair salon. There was a woman with shoulder-length yellow hair, she said she was the manager of the hair salon, I asked her name, she did not tell me, the service attitude is very bad. Friday may be very busy, so that even did not ask the customer what they need, just put on a dirty face to the customer. Before several times have never had such an experience, and when I finished my hair, she also said that I need to pay extra money, because my hair is difficult to dye. I think it's a technical issue, not a price issue, and I will never come again, nor would I recommend anyone to come!

They best part is the woman who washes your hair. That was nice. I specifically showed the guy who cut my hair three photos of what I wanted. Apparently he didn't speak much English and even with photos had no clue what I wanted. He was just going to leave my bangs as is (outgrown and uneven). We'll now they're a little shorter and uneven. I gave up trying to get him to understand what I wanted (lots of long layers). And just let him finish. While my hair isn't horrible it is not great and definitely not what I wanted.

Went in for a haircut fair prices. Friendly service. Good hair wash and treatment good haircut. Overall very good experience
