After one of John's staff requested that I remove my accounts from Ameriprise, John went above and beyond to stay in contact with me via e-mail and for a time, kept me on the notifications of David Joy's nearly informative daily investment columns. Now I start each morning with newsroom.amerirpise.com to read Mr. Joy. As a result, subsequent to my termination, I have made money on my own. And when I talk the market with my new advisors from TD Ameritrade, they always comment on how knowledgeable I am. I did learn too late from Ameriprise Corporate that I didn't have to take my accounts out after all (could have had them self-directed or switched to another local advisor). Nevertheless, I do thank John Ross for his kindness, respect, and most of all, for introducing me to David Joy.
