A few weeks ago, during one of the hottest spells we had this summer, my air conditioner stopped working. Jim Hall and his staff know the discomfort of a situation like this... so, as always, they responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and corrected it in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Jim and his staff. They're friendly, respectful to both the customer and their home, show concern about the customer's situation, are knowledgeable, give explanations in people-talk, and they're not hesitant to consult with one another to determine the best solutions (yay teamwork!!)
Jim Hall has been our reliable HVAC company since we purchased our home 4 years ago. They installed a new system for us that has been great. But today our AC went out due to a blown capacitor. The office returned my call first thing in the morning and scheduled Vincent and Tony to come take a look ASAP. They arrived early and diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. They also took the time to clearly explain the issue and why it was happening. A real life saver especially today with the temp going up into the high 90’s. Thank you guys.

Jim Hall is the best Air and Heating company ever! This week I had to replace my entire central air system, both my furnaces, my hot water heater, thermostat and house humidifier! This was a big job, no doubt. These guys, Chris, big Tony, little Tony, Frank, Brenden and Vinny made this massive project smooth,efficient and clean. Every detail was accounted for with minimal disruption to our family. Jim Hall Heating & Air Conditioning is a reliable, professional and most of all trustworthy company. We highly recommend them.
