My parents retained Harbor View Restoration LLC to restore their home (our family's home) following a devastating fire and flood last year. As my elderly parents are not tech savvy, they asked me to post this review on their behalf. They worked closely with Frank Hoffman and Michael, his partner, who are both caring and professional. Their team did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects.
