I highly recommend this physical therapy office located at 1432 Hylan Boulevard in Staten Island. Pooja and her assistant, Fatima, are exceptional professionals who are knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely care about their patients' recovery and well-being.

From the very first visit, they took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the treatment process, and develop a personalized plan to help me improve. What truly sets them apart is their patience and commitment to providing quality care. They never rush through appointments and always make sure exercises and treatments are performed correctly and effectively.

Pooja's expertise and attention to detail, combined with Fatima's professionalism and supportive attitude, create a welcoming and positive environment for recovery. Their hard work, compassion, and dedication to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes are evident in every session.

If you are looking for a physical therapy team that is caring, professional, and committed to your success, I highly recommend Pooja and Fatima. They have made a significant difference in my recovery, and I am truly grateful for their outstanding care.

please do not go here if you are struggling with women’s health and/or pelvic floor dysfunction occurring from trauma especially if you are a young brown woman because pooja sharma will make you feel very uncomfortable and invalidated. i had pooja sharma for vaginismus which is essentially my hips storing trauma from my childhood. i was just telling her my background and why i thought i might have vaginismus and how i have depression and she genuinely asked WHY i had depression and WHY i was abused by my parents as a child and whether it was because i was a naughty child ????? multiple times. and then proceeded to tell me i need to get over it and forgive them because “that’s just how brown parents are.” she also asked if i was married multiple times like that matters in any way??? she also told me about how she’s harsh on her elder daughter and how the elder daughter doesn’t “invoke love in her” like the younger one does but after hearing how i turned out she’s going to do better with the older one.. so glad my trauma is inspiring you to do better with your child like???? after that she lectured me on having a healthy lifestyle and asked me if i cooked and when i said yes she said no you don’t cook.. like why are u asking if you’re not going to believe me. and i do have a very healthy lifestyle but obviously a genuine PELVIC FLOOR DISORDER is not caused by only having a bad lifestyle, there is more to it which she didn’t want to hear. other than that there was no internal exam done (which i am glad but why did i pay $100 to not even get checked out) and had someone else show me how to do yoga poses that i’ve already done many times before. this is obviously under an anonymous name and email because it’s quite personal but i’m not trying to drag anyone’s name in the dirt this is genuinely just what happened and i’m really appalled and advise women (especially young brown women) to not go here. also it looks very dingy and the photographer worked overtime editing those pictures on the website because that is not what it looks like in person and my talk with her was interrupted multiple times by the receptionist knocking and i also overheard the her on the phone talking to her husband or child. just very unprofessional and bad.
