I had an excellent experience on March 19, 2025 at Hair Club Staten Island when i went there without any appointments and met Ms Michelle and she was so kind and fixed my issue providing best customer service. I am a member in Canada and visiting USA so I was really impressed that the counter staff & finally the stylist Michelle attended me so well and solved my problem. Please convey my appreciation to Michelle and counter staff. Excellent service Hair Club.

I don't normally write reviews unless its something that upset me however I need to give credit where credit is due. After countless years of hatting the way I look and after making and canceling several appointments all because I saw some bad reviews well thank God I finally got the nerve to go in to see what it was all about and didn't let those few reviews persuade me any longer. I mean you cant make the whole world happy! To my surprise not only were they able to do something for me I have never felt or looked better I actually like the way I look now then before I started to loose my hair. I felt so welcome from the moment I came in such a warm atmosphere and staff. Not to mention my fear of going to an office during Covid! they took my temperature placed me in a sterile room I felt so at ease. In conclusion don't take my word for it go see for yourself its worth it! My only regret is I could have had my hair back years ago but better late then never. Thanks Staten Island Hair Club you changed my life!

After being a HCM client for over 30 years I must say i'm lucky to have found Roe. She goes above and beyond providing me with everything I need. Her skillset is top notch. I never looked better. Very happy customer.

I’ve been going to Hair Club for a little over a year now and at first we hit a few bumps with my hair and stylist, but once they put me with Ro I will not go to anyone else. She knows exactly what to do with my hair to make it last until my next appointment, she gives the best blow outs and treats you like a friend. Entire front desk and staff are very nice, friendly and always make you feel comfortable being there.

All I can say is wow. The staff is super sweet, informational, and great to be around. They are very upfront and honest about what they think is the best treatment for you and don’t try to push you into anything or upsell you. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable and helped me with getting exactly what I needed. I’m excited for what the future holds.
