I got my hair cut here for the first time today and I see why the place is always empty, I wanted my hair cut to my shoulder and layers and the stylist got scissor happy and cut my hair almost to my chin, was not satisfied at all with my hair I understand it will grow back but please listen to your customers when they say how they want their hair. I gave 3 stars because the lady was nice and she gave me a great hair wash but I am not satisfied with my hair at all.

My son was going to great clips for a few years and July he happened to have a bad experience. But management Nisha did the right thing and we gave them another chance! And he was extremely happy! Thank you again
