I had a leak in the roof. Golden Key Construction came over and gave me a price I Agee and started working on the roof that day. I had a complete replacement of plywood two attic roof exhaust fans, 5 skylights, 50 year singles warranty with GAF. They did an Excellent job and clean up and cover my pool.
What began as a simple roof replacement (to meet new homeowner policy requirement) evolved into New Roof, New Chimney and New Siding Project, all due to many serious issues not detected until the shingles were removed.
But thanks to Denis and his excellent crew, we agreed on a price and his crew began work 9 days ago, completing the final step this afternoon.
This was my first construction project and I was admittedly nervous in the beginning, but I soon realized if I had any doubts or questions, Denis or someone in his crew were always available to respond and put my mind at ease.

Awesome company! They came over to my house early in the morning, got the work completely done and cleaned up afterwards. With a great price that was budget friendly! Not more you can ask for! They are highly recommended as far as I'm concerned! I will continue to use them when needed! Thank you guys!
