After spending almost an hour on the phone with Best Buy customer service with a billing problem we decided to go to the store. To be honest I expected the worst. I was greeted by Vanessa & Candy who took their time and listened to me. They then rectified my issue. These two employees are professional and obviously take pride in their work. With employees like this I will continue to use this store.

I was at this store twice. Looking for a phone. Big man attended with no greeting or even asking , how can I help you. It was more like I was annoying him. Now I have an appointment to fix my laptop which I spent less than 5 min. He wanted me to pay 175.00 for membership or some coca bull crap. Now I go to look at phones. The girl in that Dept. Told me when I find the phone I seen on the web , let her know. She disappears from her Dept . They only one in the Cell phone Dept. Is helping someone else and he tells me it is not his Dept. Multiple times he is calling this girl to come to help me. I left and went to Target. Who hired these people?

Leo, the young gentleman who works at the Pick-up Service, epitomize the highest level of professionalism and patience to help a customer like me who ordered a wrong adaptor for my iphone. With his expertise, Leo guilded me to choose a correct adaptor right away, and let me try it on to see whether it fits. It did, so Leo allowed to exchange the adaptor without any hesitation. W/o Leo's outstanding service, I probably would have dumped the wrong product after spent so much money and time.
