I just had a very weird experience with the person who answered the phone and haven’t even been there yet. There was a miscommunication vs canceling and rescheduling my appointment and the person thought I was yelling at her when I repeated that I wanted to reschedule not cancel. I even apologized twice for whatever misunderstanding she might have thought happened. The response I got was very abrupt.

I had such a disappointing experience here and will never be returning. I booked my very first appointment with French Twist, but the way I was treated made me cancel before even trying their services.
They claim they had called and texted me to confirm, but I never received any call or text. Instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt, the woman on the phone mocked me as if I was lying. When I answered her call from an unknown number the morning of my appointment, she immediately spoke with attitude, didn’t let me explain, and even hung up on me. When she called back, I told her I had something urgent come up but still planned to make my appointment. Instead of showing understanding, she made a snide remark like, “You have something urgent but you sound like you just woke up.”
Yes, I did just wake up — because I had been sick all night, throwing up from food poisoning. Even then, I was still planning to keep my appointment, but she was too quick to assume, too quick to judge. At the end of the call, she flat-out said, “You were never gonna come,” and hung up on me again.
I have never been treated so rudely at any salon before. I even had my sister as a witness to how disrespectfully she spoke to me. What makes it worse is she claimed this is just her “normal” way of speaking to clients. If that’s true, it’s completely unacceptable.
Because of her unprofessionalism and lack of basic respect, I canceled my appointment on the spot. I will never come back, and I’ll make sure to share this experience with everyone I know. Clients deserve kindness and respect, not judgment and mockery.
To the girl personally — I don’t know your name, but I want to thank you for showing me exactly what kind of place this is. You pushed me to write my very first negative review, and I truly hope I never have to deal with such miserable energy again. My advice to you: fix your attitude, fix your heart, and learn to treat people with basic respect. Have a good day.

Will never come back here again. Made an appt to get a simple cut. The receptionist told me the girl who usually does my hair is pregnant and can't do blowouts so I will need to leave with wet hair or someone else will have to blow out my hair but I'll be charged extra which is ridiculous since I'm already paying for a wash, cut, and blow. I go to pay and they tell me the price since I was last there went up by $10 and they don't take cards anymore, so I would have to use their atm which charged me $3. I ended up paying over $100 for a service that was mediocre at best. Complete ripoff.

Worst hair salon experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. #1 I was mislead about the price over the phone AND via messages. I asked for a medium brown hair color and walked out with black hair. It was clear the lady who was doing my hair, Stephanie, was in a rush to get home and juggling between clients. She was not keeping track of how long the dye had been on my head. She had not set a timer or anything. My hair ended up being jet black. Horrible customer service and an inattentive hair stylist. Would not recommend this overpriced, overrated salon. Don’t waste your time or money. Ended up spending DOUBLE for the color correction I had to endure after this, because I refuse to walk back into this salon so they can further ruin my hair. Normally don’t even post reviews but just want to warn everyone in advance.

I came here for my hair and makeup for my engagement party and I absolutely loved it here!! Everyone was so friendly and professional and I’m somewhat picky with these things.
Tiff did my hair and Becca did my makeup! Absolutely absolutely loved the way it came out

I went to this salon and had an appointment with Gabrielle for highlights . This was the worst experience ever! She charged me 235 for a half head of high lights plus got a nice top from me . She damaged my hair did not give me the color that I showed her . The only thing she needed to do is put highlights . She damaged my hair and pieces are broken off . After I left Gabrielle a message she called me . I expressed how upset I was that my color was horrible and my hair was so damaged from her doing my hair . Her response was rude and unprofessional ! She didn’t care at all about how upset I was . This place will take your money and don’t care about their clients . It’s all a show in there . . I never had this horrible experience in my life and I have been doing my hair for a long time . Stay away ladies from this place they over charge you and damage your hair . I have to get my hair back to being healthy because Gabrielle damaged it so much ! Rude nasty unprofessional place ever !!!! I will post my hair for you ladies to see. I wish I could leave a zero ! Terrible place
