Ben was absolutely wonderful and was the ONLY locksmith in town that could help. I had another locksmith come first but they couldn’t get my trunk open where my keys had been locked inside. It took almost 5 hours of us trying everything, but we finally found Hendersonville Locksmith. Thank you to Ben (who has been doing this for 15 years) for getting my keys quickly and easily, so that I could get home safe. I highly suggest — if you are ever in a vehicle lockout situation — you give Ben your business.

This is an answering service that calls various technicians from your area to come do the work. Think like Uber for locksmiths. The technician gets a 5 rating, showed up on time, did the job, polite, and when I asked about pricing let me know locks vary in price so I had him unlock the back door which was less fancy. I appreciated that. It go a 4 rating bc the person who answered the phone couldn’t give me a price, and was wishy washy when I asked if they had a storefront locally.
