I brought in a Surface Pro 7 that had poor battery life. I came in for it to get replaced and the man was very kind and welcoming. He helped me order the battery and he replaced the battery in a timely manner. The Surface Pro 7 is a very difficult device to work with. After he fixed the Surface, I brought in two Samsung Galaxy S9+ to also get the batteries replaced. He ordered them and when they came, he fixed them on the same day within about an hour.
