Had the opportunity to work with Eddie on a service call. Really appreciated that he was able to come out so late after all the other places I called had already closed for the day. He looked at the issue and we discussed options to remedy the situation. Also provided Eddie with some feedback and he seemed very receptive of them. Hope to work with him again the the future.
