The best eyebrow artist on Staten Island! Came to Angela to fix my microbladed eyebrows after years of the color fading and misalignment, and her work is incredible. She was fast, painless, and finally I have eyebrows!!
I have been a client of Flawless Permanent Cosmetics for several years. My first experience was permanent eyebrows with Angela, the perfect brows finally, after years of tweezing and waxing mishaps. I was so nervous, but Angela reassured me. When she finished and I picked up the mirror to see myself, I almost cried. Wow they were perfect, natural and beautiful. Hands down the best money I ever spent. I have amazing brows because of her skill.
