I had an amazing experience with coco me Louie and their owner Danielle. I was initially nervous about sending my designer bag to a consignment store I was not familiar with, but from the very beginning of this transaction Danielle was very responsive, professional and made the entire process so easy .
We swapped Louie Vuitton bags and the bag she sent me was in beautiful condition . She sent out her bag the very next morning after she received my bag. She communicated the entire process and made me feel very comfortable.

They have great quality bags,clothes and authentic lv and gucci ,chanel etc. I have purchased a few bags from her and also some repurposed lv bags as well all great ! Shes super sweet and awesome customer service ,thank you so much!
They are absolutely AMAZING here! I ordered an outfit on their website and when I received it, it was the wrong outfit. I ordered tie dye leggings and jacket but I received a tie dye jacket and shorts. I completely understand the mix up because the colors are the same. I contacted them as soon as I received the package and they were extremely sorry and sent the correct outfit overnight to me and told me to keep the outfit I originally received! I could not believe how quickly I received the correct outfit. The customer service is amazing and they really do extremely right by their customers.
