Let’s start off that they have a big parking lot and check-in is pretty quick. I only waited about 20 minutes before I saw PA and I was diagnosed with Covid..
They promptly sent my prescription to Walgreens Pharmacy where I picked my prescriptions up. Staff is friendly & courteous yet, they are many impatient individuals that are waiting to see the doctors Who think they should jump in front of the line but they are an excellent facility and a highly recommended
The front is always friendly and helpful. You never have to wait long to be seen the Tech who takes your preliminary information and vitals is always friendly and professional, and no matter which doctor I’ve seen there. They’re always up on their stuff and give a complete exam. Even better they’ll call the next day or so see how you’re doing and to make sure you’re taking your meds as prescribed. They treat me better than my own GP.
My experience at CityMD was excellent. The staff showed genuine concern for my health and took the time to provide helpful and healthy recommendations. They clearly explained the next steps I needed to take, including scheduling an endoscopy, which made me feel informed and supported throughout the visit. The PAs were professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I think having additional physicians available alongside the PAs could make the experience even more comprehensive for patients needing specialized follow-up care. Overall, my experience was great, and I would definitely recommend CityMD to others.
