I had a wonderful experience at Chi Aesthetics Med Spa. I recently had a treatment done with the Fotona laser, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I can’t wait to see the final results! Dr. Gibson was extremely patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Chi Aesthetics Med Spa!

I have been visiting Chi Aesthetics for the past half year. I think I have found the place I want to always return to, for as long as I live in Staten Island. The NP that owns the place is amazing. I was a little nervous my first time there because of some reviews I read, but now I'm sure that they were unfounded cruelty directed at this very gracious and honest practitioner.
It takes a lot to keep a business running for five years in New York. Although people are quick to criticize, they are sadly slow to compliment a job well done.

I have been getting Botox and fillers for years, and have a good understanding of what good results are supposed to look like.

I have had Botox twice at Chi Aesthetics, and it was perfect both times. I had fillers done, and the result was better than my previous technician (in another state) had accomplished. She was able to address difficult spots that require a high level of skill — without injuring me or resulting in uneven results — despite the frequent interruptions and questions from her trainee.

At my most recent appointment, I started asking about her laser treatments and cellulite treatments. She spent the better part of an hour answering all of my questions about each type of treatment, what it does, which treatment would likely have better results for me, and even suggested the less expensive option as being more appropriate for accomplishing my goals. I went home and did some research on the machines and the treatments, and found that she had been flawlessly honest and transparent. I value that so much in a business owner. I'm not just a quick paycheck to her, I'm a long-term investment. That's an attitude that has sadly become uncommon these days.

On the technical side, this business has the “Do-it-all” laser! Want to resurface your skin and grow collagen? Done. Want to tighten up the saggy knees? Done! Want to freeze some fat? She has the latest and safest tech for it. This place is a hidden gem, with a family-like ambiance for regulars. Please be nice to these people if you choose to go to them. They are good people who give their time and care freely.

10/10 experience with Katherine she was so sweet and explained the entire process which I appreciated I did the glass facial and derma plane left me skin feeling fresh and glowing ! Obsessed already booked my next facial

It was my first time to go Chimedspa for skin brightening iv therapy.very nice calm atmosphere the staff is lovely respectful and friendly they made me understand everything about the treatment and I’m hoping for best results☺️will definitely go for more sessions

I’m very happy and pleased that I chose Dr.Gibson . She’s very passionate about her work and the results prove it . She’s understood my concerns and gave me options . Together we came up with a plan. She explained the procedure and what I was to expect afterwards. I’m one month post procedure and feel great about doing it with very little downtime.

Chi Aesthetic is a beautiful space and the staff are great. customer service is excellent- Dr Gibson answered all my concerns I can’t wait to come back . The place is calming and peaceful. I recommend 💯👌🏽perfection.
