Been using Bob names for heating and cooling for over a decade. Never had an issue. Always calls back and always takes care of what needs to be taken care of. The technicians that come out or always professional and do a wonderful job.
I have a maintenance contract on our heating and cooling our . I switched to Bob Mims from Home Serve because Home Serve was difficult to deal with. Bob Mims office staff are very pleasant and helpful. His service willing to answer questions and are among the best I’ve ever counted in any industry. Mike G is a great technician and a very nice guy.
Using Bob Mims since 1984. That is a statement on its own. Highly recommend them. Always professional They have done an install, a replacement. Always available for maintenance and emergencies. Scale 10/10 excellent.
