I applied recently, and everything was going well until today. I called to follow up, and the attitude I received was very unprofessional. The lady obviously didn’t realize my availability and proceeded to tell me that I “need to be awake to work,” even though my resume clearly states my employment background and availability. I would think that dealing with someone who has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years would have carried more understanding and professionalism.

Worst home care agency ever !!!! Never ever work in this place Alla and the other women in the Human Resources department are horrible!!! They do a lot of illegal stuff in this agency

Working for this place is an absolute nightmare. Everyone there is RUDE and nobody understands anything. They call you for every little thing and get mad when they don’t understand you. I have a better chance speaking with a child. You don’t get sick or vacation days and make a whole $1 extra an hour for holiday. No benefits. Basically a slave. DO not even consider this place if you want a decent job. You’re better off working in McDonald’s for the same pay. I bet you McDonalds treats you better than this garbage place. I would never feel comfortable putting a family member under this agency EVER.
