From the second you step into Blue Velvet, it is bright, extremely clean, calm and luxurious. Everyone always greets you with a warm smile. I have been getting Brazilians for over twenty years, and have gone to places in Brooklyn, Manhattan and other salons here on Staten Island and nobody can compare to Monica.
