BenzVac provides thorough cleaning services for air ducts, mini split AC units, dryers, and vents. They are described as on time, professional, very thorough, and extremely thorough in assessing the situation, preparing, cleaning, and then house cleanup. The whole process was explained, furniture was moved as necessary, and they wore shoe coverings. They worked very hard and fast. For dryer issues, they quickly evaluated the problem, used tools to clear and unclog the vent, identified a bad duct joint, and replaced it. The service was quick and tidy, with a fair price. For air duct cleaning, they paid extra attention to problem areas and had the customer check the work multiple times to ensure satisfaction. Even after multiple passes on a stubborn duct, they redid it without hesitation. The final result left ducts significantly cleaner. Customers strongly recommend BenzVac and say they will definitely be back.
I had my mini split AC cleaned by BenzVac and he did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. The unit is noticeably cleaner and running better now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC or mini split cleaning.
Honestly, I can't recommend BenzVac more. We moved into a new apartment where the HVAC system hadn't been serviced in years. We not only got an incredibly thorough cleaning but the whole process was explained to us, furniture was moved as necessary, the whole 9 yards. Strongly recommend!
We would highly recommend Benzvac! Our dryer reported an error bc of a clogged duct. We called and spoke to Van. He came a couple days later. He quickly evaluated the problem and then used tools to clear and unclog the vent. He also helped us identify that one of the duct joints was garbage, and replaced it. Van was quick and tidy, and the price was fair. We would highly recommend! Thank you!!
