Every time I make an appointment my time gets changed and no one confirms so I show up and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. I pay every month and still get horrible treatment

The staff are so caring and gentle with my cat during my visit. Spent time to listen to us and checking the cat. After care instructions was clear and gave us ideas of giving the medicine. Really appreciate your great service.

Unfortunately this seems to be the most unorganized poor servicing location I ever been to, out of the 4 Banfield locations I visited. I hope they improve and get their act together. There are too many examples of incompetency to list.
