I cannot recommend this company enough! I called them out for two completely different issues—a squirrel hole that needed immediate repair and a downspout leader drainage violation that was causing a headache.They responded incredibly fast and showed up exactly when they promised. The team was highly professional, diagnosed both problems quickly, and got to work right away. We used Affordable roofing in Sept 2020 and June 2026 for minor repairs. Other roofers up sale to unnecessary repairs, for example, one roofer in Sept 2020 sent a worker to give an estimate and quoted us $4,500 for minor patch up because he wanted to replace our entire roof (3 year old roof). The owner said “I have 4 kids to feed, you know”. Affordable roofing came and patched the areas that were slightly damaged and charged us VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!
We highly recommend this roofer. They are responsible and will give you advice on how to do certain DIY without making stuff up to get your business.
