“Over the holiday weekend, I had a leak from the valve behind the washing machine in my upstairs laundry room. I remembered that the man who installed the water pump for my well told me if I ever needed a plumber, Empire was the best. He was spot on. Dustin came yesterday morning soon after I spoke with Michelle in the office. He is an exceptional plumber and a nice guy. He assessed the situation, explained what had to be done, warned me that he might have to open the wall and started the project. I swear he was done in less than 20 minutes. He did not have to open the wall and placed a new valve on the pipe. It's perfect. I did laundry last night and it was a pleasure that everything was perfect. The charge was very fair and I will never call any other plumber. Thank you.“
