“After a scheduled pumping of our septic tank, the Proseptic technician who did the work recommended that we consider replacing our very old tank (40+ years) It was compromised by root-invasion and was smaller than current codes required for our property, where the number of bathrooms had doubled from 2 to 4. We agreed and, after replacement of the tank, also agreed to their recommendation that we replace the pump tank that fed waste-water to our leach field. At the time, I decided not to get compentitive quotes for this work (soimething that is always advisable). However, in the end, I was entremely pleased with the work that Proseptic did. They had to adapt their schedule twice because of unusually heavy rains, which left our low-lying property water-logged. A project that might have taken two weeks under normal conditions took twice as long. Proseptic was pretty good (not perfect) at keeping us updated about schedule changes and invoice-changes. What really stood out, however, is that under the leadership of their chief technician for the project, Jacob Row, they went above and beyond ito get the job done and left our lawn in the best shape it's had since we bought the property two years ago. They have my 5-star recommendation.”
