Tops Nail Salon is known for its friendly and welcoming staff. The grand salon is huge and well decorated with about 18 chairs, built in fans, and drying stations with gel lamps. The space and facilities are clean and presentable. Peter and the owner are particularly praised for their excellent nail and lash services. GinGin is appreciated for her unique massage technique using warm black rocks and her pleasant demeanor. Sam, Peter, Linda and David are highly recommended for lashes, eyebrows and nails. However, there have been mixed experiences with other nail technicians. While some have reported satisfactory services, others have found their services to be rushed and painful, resulting in uneven and bumpy nails. Despite the varying experiences, the salon is known for its affordable prices and fast service.
The salon is conveniently located. The space is huge and well decorated. The grand salon has about 18 chairs with built in fans and drying stations with gel lamps. The bathroom and facilities were clean and presentable. I got a gel pedicure. John was gentle and thorough. He paid great attention to detail and was quite congenial. He was keen to nail care and shape , skin quality and an overall pleasing finish. Gel Pedicure $20 - gel $30 we can about 40 mins . Linda did my mani. Her work is top tier. She cleans up the cuticles, nails bed and is very skilled with her execution. I can't tell the last time I was this happy with my nails. Gel Manicure - fill-in and fixed one nail. Fill-in $37 Nail repair $7 Design $8 - (2) fingers Overall, I was extremely pleased. After tips, I spent $100. This is NYC ! I may have just found my new home.
Sam, Peter, Linda and David are highly recommended. Sam and Linda especially for lashes, eyebrows and nails. I constantly receive compliments for their work. I have been a customer since it’s inception and will continue to be a customer.
David did my nails he the best, u have a loyal customer now I won't let nobody touch my fingers beside David. He was very understanding even though I was a Lil paranoid at first I told him are u doing the exact same style n I look at th we picture again it was my fault he was which is amazing I tipped him as well. He very nice n understanding this is my second time going to this place both times was fast service I didn't have To wait but I felled in love with David work I don't think I want anyone else to touch my nails . The original picture is white but blue is my favorite color plus I am a CNA so I can't have long nails but the design the only difference...read full review
