Mike arrived, on time, was courteous, and, knowledgable to check and diagnose my HVAC furnace electrical circuitry to determine why my furnace failed to start. He quickly determined that the transformer doesn’t work, and that the age of the furnace, 20 years, suggests I consider replacement, so, he then arranged an appointment to get an estimate for a new installation replacement calculated.
