Hottest day so far this year. Came home to no air conditioning. Called after hours and the business owner came diagnosed the problem and had it working in a very short time.
I will definitely recommend !
Been an Arndt household through 2 houses. They always come through, they come when we have urgent furnace issues, and their prices are competitive to any other HVAC service providers. Friday night I had my water heater suddenly leak all over the basement floor, they were there on Saturday to install a brand new tank and register the warranty. They have also saved us when we lost heat during the coldest part of a Rochester winter. Why I always call them is the extremely reliable and friendly service. Highly recommend this locally-owned and extremely professional family business.
We made calls to multiple services, not only did Dalton reply promptly but they immediately recognized the model of our furnace, they found the issue after a short while and got the heat running while they made a trip to get the needed part. They explained everything so I could understaned, a tripped resistor, and things I could do going forward to make the furnace run more dependably.
Very friendly, they took the extra step of making recommendations and suggestions so the furnace didn't have to work as hard. Darron Dalton and his tech Steve really did a great job, thank you both!
