Mik is a calm and straightforward person. He quickly made a reasonable and affordable offer! We immediately agreed to let him do the job. Mik's team took over the job and repaired all the cracks in our red brick exterior wall. Also replaced our basement window lintels. Our garage also had a lot of cracks due to the bad weather in New York. And we are very pleased with their repair! It took them two days, was efficient, and cleaned up very well after work! Mik's team are all very polite and kind people! I'm so glad they worked for me! I highly recommend Milestone Restoration Inc.

Had repointing done on front and back walls, replaced lintels, thorocoating on another side of the wall, and restoring front and back steps. Mik gave a fair price and also did a few small favors that he could have charged for. He was prompt to answer my many questions/concerns and job was completed at a reasonable time. Would definitely recommend if you need help with masonry work

I had a new layer of torch roof, new fascia board replaced with aluminum cover, new gutter/drain pipes, four camel back roof wall copings, re-pointing of second floor high chimney, replaced rot/deteriorated chimney bricks, flashing, one second floor window lintel bricks and steel beam replaced. Pointing of facade of the house, replaced rot/deteriorated bricks and living room big window new aluminum capping, plus many little here and there touching. Normally, it requires two or more contractors to satisfy my service request. Milestone brought scaffolds, long ladders which reached high chimney top from the ground, aluminum bending brake tool which made workflow smooth and efficient. Furthermore, access to chimney is extremely difficult due to both my neighbor and I have awnings. Milestone crew is professional and efficient, and willing to satisfy customer's demands. However, I have to emphasize that make sure that all requested correction and whatsoever must be in the scope of the contract. Milestone is the contractor you need if you have multiple areas related to roofing, brick work, and windows aluminum capping, water proofing (I did not have this service) and you can not go wrong to have your service provided by Milestone rather than having numerous contractors involvement can create too many chiefs in the kitchen. My roof material is 10 years warranty and Mik (The chief of Milestone) told me that call anytime if there is any issues related to the work. I will update this review when push comes to shove. I must said one thing is Milestone removed my old awing almost at the end to complete all work, re-pointing the bricks behind awnings, and patched all the holes in the bricks where awning was anchored into, and removing the old silicone caulking on the brick without charge. Furthermore, hauled away the junk. Not many contractors are willing to go the extra mile like Milestone. Thank you Mik and your crew. In a nutshell, you will not go wrong to have Milestone to provide the services that you need. I myself is very handy and I have many tools, and always demand the best service from any contractor. Many of the contractors were not happy dealing with me due to my expectation is too high. Milestone satisfied my expectation. I already referred my two door down neighbor to Milestone for brick and lintel work.
