I really love this salon!! The first time I went was for my sweet 16, they did my hair and makeup and it did not disappoint! It was so beautiful! Next, I went for my prom look! Absolutely gorgeous. I love how I trusted them to do my makeup, and hair. Everyone kept on saying it was perfect! I would def go again. Did not disappoint! The makeup lady (I wish I knew her name) she has short hair, she did a fabulous job!

The customer service at this place is terrible, I walked in all the employees turned around looked at me and NO ONE said a word they just Continued talking amongst each other, I decided to wait another 3 mins and asked if I just stand here no one answered so I just walked out and went to spend my money else where

Not sanitary at all. You'd think they'd sanitize after and before each client. The only reason I go is cause their close. No customer service skills whatsoever

Only place i go to for my eyebrows, known the owner for years but sometimes their customer service sucks. Staff likes to take care of each other while customer waits. I believe, if you see a customer walk through the door, they should be taken cared of first and then you can continue to pamper each other/argue after the customer leaves. They are also never opened on time especially when it rains.

I only go to Bobbi for my brows and she is amazing!!! My eyebrows always come out clean and perfect. I wouldn't recommend the other lady that works here. She is rude and always on her phone while interacting with you. I only go here for Bobbi, she's the sweetest and gives amazing customer service all the time.
