Owner and majority of the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers and also very egoistic - won’t take accountability for their mistakes. Learn some manners please.

Got my lashes done there for the first time I do NOT RECOMMEND getting your lashes done here ever. My eyes are running and half of my clusters do not match the other side of my eyes . I had to come back and get it fixed because my eyes felt uncomfortable and still she hasn’t done a good job fixing them . Never coming back here

My daughter got her eyebrows done today! She loves it. And loves the lady who did it. She did a fabulous job, and she has the best personality. I will be taking her to get her hair cut for school next week.Edit: I took my daughter back. The pregnant lady burnt her face with the wax and blamed it on a past time. Ruined her eyebrows and did a mask on her. Left her to wash it of herself. She missed a little bit on her face. They lotioned it and left her as is. Sadly I paid before she was finished. Your choice to go back but don't let the pregnant Indian woman from India touch you.

I’ve been coming to Bela’s Beauty Salon for over 10 years now and I’ve had a great experience. Preity always takes care of me and listens to my needs . She is very consistent with her work , my eyebrows have maintained their shape.Services: Eyebrow shaping

Went to get my brows done and the older woman with glasses cut my eye lid so bad it burnt, it’s unprofessional I won’t be going back there. I guess bela let’s anyone work there without experience

Please do not go to this place for henna. They are absolutely terrible at doing henna and charge insane prices. I got henna done from my pointer finger to wrist and it was very unprofessional. The henna used was black henna which means the stain was even darker and you can really notice the messy job. I was charged $20 for this design which is honestly worth no more than $10(considering inflation). Honestly, I don't even think it's worth $10. Very upsetting that this is a bridal place and they cannot even do henna properly. I'd rather them turn me away than leaving a semi permanent stain on my hand all while charging me an unreasonable amount.
