The staff here are incredibly caring, especially when dealing with a new dog owner like myself, patiently guiding me through all the necessary steps. Panda absolutely adores going to the vet, which I assume is quite rare, but I believe it's because everyone there exudes love and affection, something dogs can easily pick up on.
