My favorite day and Fran Posner and all of the other ladies that weigh us in are the best!! All members are supportive and it is so easy to share and receive feedback!! Come next Saturday for open house. I’ll be there at 11:00 am.

A perfect way to lose weight. I lost almost 50 pounds in 8 months.

For me the program is a bit more difficult because of my limited palette. But im working it as best as i can. The results are in the numbers! Ive lost 34.2 lbs in 4 weeks! That makes me happy!
