I met with Lisa D at the islip Location where Lisa did the Derm/pen treatment. Lisa was so kind and the procedure was seamless. It did not hurt at all, and she explained every step to me along the process of what she was doing and what was going to be done next. She is very gentle as well as very knowledgeable about the treatments they offer, the products they sell, and the aftercare. She takes her time and thoroughly explains everything and then follows up with a phone call to check on your well being. So far I have had done the SCULPTRA, and BBL treatments. This was my first botox experience and I could not have been more satisfied with my decision coming here. I saw Erin, and she was kind and informative and assured me all would go smoothly, and it did! I will definitely be returning back in the future! Even the ladies at the front desk and the assistant was lovely. 10/10 recommend!
