The young man that came here today was very courteous polite respectful. Gave us our options which was very good. He unclogged our kitchen drain that was running very slowly. But he did tell us we could go a little longer if we wanted to but we have a big party coming up so we opted just to do it. But I thought the price was kind of hard high I know he doesn't set the price but I thought it was kind of expensive. But you guys are always trustworthy and stand by your work. Like I said the gentleman that came to our house was extremely nice and very helpful
I had a stopped up toilet, which turned out to be a pretty big job. Roto Rooter was there same day, fixed the immediate problem, and then came back two days later to do the bigger job, and they finished that so quickly! They were fast, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely use them again if I have any other issues.
We installed a utility sink in the garage to make cleanup easier after yardwork and home projects. The plumber connected everything efficiently and ensured proper drainage before finishing the installation. The project took most of the afternoon. Compared to before, cleaning tools, paint supplies, and outdoor equipment is far more convenient. We no longer need to track dirt through the house just to rinse things off. The sink also made the garage feel more functional overall, especially for projects that require frequent cleanup or washing throughout the process.
