Best place to go if you want to learn Muay Thai as a hobby. If you want to do MT to get into shape just be prepared for a very difficult but rewarding workout. Can't speak to their efficacy in preparing you to compete as that is not why I signed up. Coach Celo is the man.

My favorite pastime always a great workout. The coaches are wonderful and are very dedicated. Been coming here since July and it’s so worth it. This pushes me more than any of my gym workouts. It’s very tiring but you’ll get used to it. Love the group sessions been able to learn a lot of the basic move sets. Over all a great atmosphere.

Been training here off and on for years now and I always wind up coming back. The coaches are great, the gym itself (both locations) are always clean and welcoming, and the classes are a fantastic workout that will teach you good fundamentals for Muay Thai. Highly recommend Rebel.
