Ceceil is great! He did two installations of multiple mini splits for us and he and his crew were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, competent and friendly. We referred Ceceil to a number of neighbors and they were all very happy with his prices and his work.
Cecile and his team are a 10/10! I had a last-minute issue, and although Cecile had a jam-packed day, he still made time to help me troubleshoot over the phone. He then went a few steps further and stopped by in person to help me out. Cecile showed up with his team, and they were helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the next steps. Cecile truly exemplifies treating people the way you’d want to be treated. Extremely happy with my experience with Primrose. I received a call back after a very short wait and they were able to work around their schedule to get a diagnostic visit on the same day. They were able to get a replacement part quickly and install it quickly, while also recognizing and correcting other faults in my system. Would absolutely recommend them, and would use them exclusively for any future repairs.
