“Ceceil is great! He did two installations of multiple mini splits for us and he and his crew were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, competent and friendly. We referred Ceceil to a number of neighbors and they were all very happy with his prices and his work.”
“Silverman is organized and well-staffed, someone is always available to answer the phone. They measured for me and told me exactly what replacement parts to buy. Appointment time was punctual, technician went the extra step of carrying the heavy new equipment from the street where it had been delivered over 100 feet to the house. Everything in working order. Highly recommended.”
“I just want to express how great Blackbeard is as a company and how exceptional their customer service is. Jeff is great to deal with in person and on the phone very respectful and explains exactly what’s going to be done and breaks down the cost. He has no problem taking the time out of his day if you have any issues or concerns to address them for you. Benny! Benny is a great technician. The best I’ve had to service any issues I’ve ever experienced. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Always leaves me reassured of the there’s any issues I’m able to get in contact with him quickly and he’ll always be quick to return and figure out what exactly needs to be corrected. Thank you everyone at black bear”
