Michael Keefrider was absolutely excellent. He took on a huge project when he accepted the job of helping my mother to sell her home. He guided us every step of the way through renovations and redecoration, preparing the house for viewings, and recommending high quality professionals for cleaning and organizing, gardening and maintenance, and packing and moving. He gave us all the support and time we needed when making tough decisions and dealing with all the complications that come with selling a home. With his help, we achieved a sale above the asking price, after only one weekend of viewings. We could not have asked for more.

Dealing with Michael was an experience we had twice. Back in 2012 we downsized from our larger home after living there for 25 yrs. and had help and encouragement from Michael. Then we wanted a smaller place and one day, he called saying there was a unit for sale that we might be interested in which we bought. 10 years later with Michael’s guidance, we sold our townhouse and he was there to help with small details, making moving easier.
