In July 2023, Brian assisted me with buying my home in a market that was buyer aggressive and lacked inventory. He helped with the bid submitted and he was instrumental in sealing the deal by assuring the seller that I was a serious buyer and would follow through with the sale. Everything worked out. My bid was accepted and I closed in August. Many thanks Brian!

Google Bio: Born and raised on Long Island, Brian Ward moved to the Capital District in 1973. He was part of the last graduating class of Cardinal McCloskey High School, which is now known as Bishop Maginn. Both of his children also attended this school. Brian attended Russell Sage College four nights a week, working toward a degree in Business Administration while working for the New York State Office of General Services during the day. Family is very important to Brian, so helping people find their perfect property is a crucial part of his business. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Debbie for over 30 years and they have raised two beautiful children together, daughter Caitlin and son Kyle.
