I have a computer that is about 15 years old, which I love and depend on very much.
It was observed that it was gradually losing its efficiency by getting very hot, very slow , losing battery power and worst of all shutting down !

I came across Westchester Cell Phones and Computer Services online and decided to contact them. I spoke to Bobby, who listened to my complaints and found an appointment slot for me in his busy schedule to have it examined.

He diagnose the problems and fixed them in one business day! My device worked like a new computer with all the problems resolved ! I was so happy and pleased with the courtesy and services offered at this establishment. The cost was unbeatable and encouraging!

“Hi. While my problems were finally resolved when your technician remote connected to my laptop, the problem was created in the first place by the initial reply I got from protected harbor. All I was looking for initially was to reload the remote desktop app but the link I got ended up messing up my parallels desktop implementation. And even that took a couple of days to get that reply with the link.“
